The internal Culture Program - COLORING AFChem 2019 – is held with the purpose to connect every member and enhance the shared ethos that our whole company embraces.

The Program was significantly successful at The Year End Gala Dinner Event with a variety of impressive performances, valuable ideas, creative innovation recommendations and the great teamwork spirit. Each employee did enjoy the pleasure, the values and the memories beyond the office vibes that the Program brought.

 

Alone you are monochrome, staying together we are multicolored, working together makes us dither.

 

Every single enterprize can be compared to a painting. In the early days or on rainy days, that painting could be inceptive and not yet polished; the shapes could be doodled and the color is simple. It could also be a sparkling one with vibrant colors when the business is prosperous and successful. Each company department brings in the painting with its own and unique color and makes it harmonious or even messy. It is up to the way we color it. 

 

  1. GOALS

 

Spreading the Message - Core Philosophy - Company Personality as: "Professional - Standardized - Speedy - Dedicated - Engaged" to all employees to understand and believe in so that they can think about where they see the company going and what they should do to get it there.

Promote and improve teamwork skills.

Enhance the culture of openness, dynamism and constant attempt.

 

  1. CONTENT

 

  • All employees are divided into 5 Teams, each team wears 1 inner personality:

Professional Team, Standardized Team, Speedy Team, End Team Mind and Team Engagement.

 

  • Theme

"WHAT DID YOU DO/WHAT ARE YOU DOING/WHAT WILL YOU DO - TO SHOW YOUR CHARACTERISTICS AT WORK?"

 

  • Each team will propose their own project and implement its action plan to

perform the work according to the team's personality. At the final show during The Year End Gala Dinner Event, The team will present their ideas,

their progress and results as well as their suggestions for work quality innovation at Gala Dinner - End of year review.

 

In the elegant atmosphere of the Year-End Gala Dinner, the program "Coloring AFChem" took place excitingly and monumentally with impressive presentations, valuable comments and suggestions for improvement. All of them leave a strong impression on the company's board of management and all the employees.
