1/ Main tasks:

– Build a system to collect and synthesize information about prices, products, and competitors.
– Develop market expansion strategies consistent with the business's development goals.
– Expand relationships with customers, support the customer care department
– Plan and advise customers about the company's products

– Learn and research the company's products to introduce, advise and answer customers' questions
– Search and exploit potential customers and new customer sources
– Discuss and negotiate with customers on prices, contract processing, and closing orders
– Management and after-sale customer care
– Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers

2/ Requirements:

– Education level: College, University
– Major: Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Food.
– Language: English (Elementary or above)
– Computer skills: Proficient in using MS office (Word, Excel)
