Konjac gum

White to yellowish fine powder.

Kojac gum is a powder refined from the tuber of a plant with the scientific name Amorphophallus konjac. This plant grows naturally or is grown for industrial-scale production purposes and is quite popular in Japan, China, Indonesia, Thailand and some other countries in Southeast Asia.
